Sue started with West Mercia as a Special Constable in January 2000, a role she was in for for seven years. She then joined as a PCSO in July 2007 and was stationed in Craven Arms. In August 2008, she transferred to Bridgnorth rural and remained there until October 2013 when due to the force reorganisation she was then transferred to Bewdley. Sue transferred back to Bridgnorth in May 2015 and has now moved onto the Cleobury and Highley Safer Neighbourhood Team.
